Massage is proven to help reduce stress, promote relaxation, boost energy levels, ease musculoskeletal pain, and support recovery from treatment or surgery. On arrival, you’ll meet with a professional therapist who will tailor the treatment to your individual needs and focus areas.

Choose from Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish or Maternity massage, with the option to enhance your experience with upgrades such as a scalp massage, aromatherapy, fantastic foot treatment or hot stones for a small additional cost.
